Keratopigmentation is a permanent elective surgical procedure carrying inherent medical risks including but not limited to visual disturbance, light sensitivity, corneal infection, pigment migration, and in rare cases permanent vision impairment. By engaging Netra's services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that any clinical claims, demands, or legal actions arising from surgical outcomes must be directed exclusively to the operating surgeon and licensed facility. Netra, its directors, and associates are expressly released from any medical or clinical liability.
The $2,000 booking deposit is non-refundable upon payment. The $10,000 balance is invoiced 7 days before travel. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled procedure date are eligible for a refund of the balance minus any flights, accommodation, or other costs already committed. Cancellations within 30 days of travel are non-refundable in full. Flight upgrades and companion travel are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Netra makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the aesthetic outcome, safety, or reversibility of any keratopigmentation procedure. Published results and color simulations are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of similar outcomes for any individual guest. Final color results depend on corneal anatomy, healing response, and the clinical judgment of the treating ophthalmologist.
You must be at least 18 years of age to engage Netra's services. Final surgical candidacy is determined exclusively by the treating ophthalmologist following a comprehensive pre-operative examination. Payment of the booking deposit does not guarantee surgical eligibility. If the treating physician determines you are not a suitable candidate, the deposit will be refunded in full.
